I owe everyone an apology.
The daily reports just are not working. it has been suggested that we go to weekly reports and that might work better.
Daily's, with all that goes on, are just are too much to keep up with.

The Feds were making some things hard for awhile because of interruption in machines, phones, etc. but we got through all that.
The Declarations have all been sent out. Interesting enough the ones to the Mexican and Spanish Ambassadors both came back. One after they had already signed for it and we had already received the return receipt. Both marked "Send to Mexico" as I recall. We had sent them to the addresses given on the web for each of them!
It is my thought that because Bush and the Powers that be, mainly the Bilderberg Group, working on joining Mexico, Canada and the united States into one giant country was probably the reason they were sent back. Don't want waves being made that might disrupt all their plans.
Was just reading about some of that in Georges paper of July 10th, 2008.
By the way, George is sending weekly papers again.  We currently have 6 weeks worth for sale.
Many of you have applied for your updating of patents into your names. That is awesome. Keep spreading the news. The more of us that have our Patents the stronger we become.

People keep opening for Doors to the county.
It is time every one of us pulled our heads out of the sand and educated ourselves as well as the counties. If they show up at your place tell them to leave. DO NOT accept anything from them. They have no jurisdiction on any of the property around here! It is ALL under Federal Land Patents! Much of it is under Old Railroad Land Patents and the counties HAVE NEVER had ANY jurisdiction on Railroad Land Patents. Those of us that are smart enough have gotten our names brought forward as the assignees on our portion of the original Patents.
It is time we stood together shoulder to shoulder and took back our rights!
The counties have been operating illegally for years and for the most part getting away with it because our heads have been buried. We have been lied to and believed the lies from lack of knowledge of the truth! Unless it personally effected us in the moment we ignored what what was being done, saying: "They are not coming after us or effecting us now so why should we care?" Well guess what!!!!! They are coming after ALL of US, We The People!
WAKE UP PEOPLE!! Stop being Sheeple being led to the slaughter. It all effects us. We have allowed our freedoms to be taken from us one by one and kept our heads in the sand so we didn't have to be bothered or get involved. "Lets not make waves"

Admittedly much goes on in government behind closed doors. Bills and laws are passed without our knowledge and generally on the tail of a bill or law that is totally unrelated.
We have let others take care of issues instead of getting involved ourselves. Lawyers, Doctors, Senators, Representatives. They all have their place but we still need to take responsibility. Many attitudes have been: "Let others handle it".
Your neighbor does something you don't like, or their dogs are barking and annoy you and most of you say: "Call the Cops" "Let them handle it". For goodness sake don't go to your neighbors like adults and talk things over and establish a win win  solution. Just let someone else handle it! Give up your RIGHTS & YOUR NEIGHBORS RIGHTS because it is easier to call someone else to handle the problem and not get involved! WAKE UP PEOPLE!
We got our patents for the most part to protect our properties and take back ownership of the land from the government. How many of you know that as patent holders we are the only LEGAL ELECTORS? How many of you know that unless you ar a legal elector you cannot even hold office legally? It's true but no one in our government wants us to know that. See how our rights have been removed? And it all bleeds over on other issues as well that I'm not going into today.
The governments are hoping we will remain sheep and continue to be led by the ring they put in our noses. They do not want us educated as to what our REAL RIGHTS are! If we become educated we will break their hold and control on us and they FEAR that. We can Do That! They control us with lies and fear because we let them.
Our Patents give us rights the government no longer wants us to have. Our Patents keep them from extorting revenue from us in the name of Planning and Zoning. They give us the right to keep the government OFF our property and by the way our AIR WAYS too!! They cannot legally fly over our homes and photograph our homes and try to use those photographs as evidence against us. As long as we do not do harm to another we are protected. However we have to take responsibility for all our actions.
We personally want to live in peace on our property, build our home without the county telling us how we can build it. As long as my storage buildings are neat and not an eyesore to others I want to be able to have as many as is necessary without having to PAY the county to get a permit and then let them on our land to inspect it! It is OUR LAND! Not theirs any longer! If we are not harming anyone else we want to be left ALONE.

Greg talked today to Byron Schlomach Ph. D., the Director of the Center of Economic Prosperity for The Goldwater Institute.

It is my understanding that the Institute just stopped an amusement park in Tucson trying to do what the Park group has already done up here, establishing a special tax district. The special tax District makes the Park group a municipality with all the tax benifits normally given to Towns and Cities! Hello! This is exactly what Greg and I have been telling everyone.

Greg told them everything we had and what we have been doing AGAIN! They seemed interested this time!

NEWS LETTER
May 2008

We now have 4 Patents covering about 500,000 acres posted on our Web site. Even though our land is protected by these Patents we Strongly recommend that each of you, for YOUR private land ownership and property rights, apply to become the New Assignee on your portion of the Patent covering your area and property.  Becoming the New assignee is the ONLY WAY you truly own our land. Otherwise you are just renting it from the county and state.

We now have Patent books available for you to pick up for 10 dollars at The Eagle's Path in Ash Fork, and at the monthly meetings, if you do not have your yet. We also have lamenated Federal 'No Trespassing' Signs available as well for 3 dollars each.

We have found out that the 300-acre Amusement Park owned by Grand Canyon Northland Amusements and Entertainment (GCNAE) has gotten the state to allow them to change our form of self government to a new special tax district serving the community of the Amusment Park.  This new district was put through without Williams and coconino county knowing anything about it ahead of time. “The change in the legislation came in mid 2007 after an amendment to House Bill 2389 was passed by Arizona State Legislatures, allowing the formation of a special tax district consisting of five governing seats. Two of those seats would belong to the county supervisors, rather than their original allotment of three seats, two would go to Phoenix officials, and a fifth seat would go to the city of Williams. Both Williams and Coconino County officials said they were never made aware of the change in the legislation until after it passed.” (Williams Grand Canyon News of 9 January 2008.) The state told GCNAE that they had to put in 3 Water wells. Two of the three were actually drilled into the Verde Water Plateau and they lost them to Salt River Project so they still need 2 more wells. Water has always been a precious commodity in this area. For years water was hauled daily by train from Chino Valley to Ash Fork. Now they have two water wells in the town.
Several places out on the Ranches have wells as well. Some are capped commerical wells that were the result of looking for gas many years ago. The water is here and it is speculated that GCNAE may start looking in this direction for their water. Now I'm sure you are saying: “But they are in coconino county and half of us are in yavapai so we do not need to worry. WRONG! Our dear Governor has just recently passed legislation that allows one county to annex easily from another county.

DEVELOPMENT:
Then yavapai county has issued 200 building permits  to the new Concrete plant on the south side of our ranches. Where is that water coming from?

At the town meeting here in Ash Fork Carol Springer refered to the proposed “parkway” on Williamson Valley Road in a questionable way as the “TRANSPORTATION CORRIDOR”.  Now, naming it a


corridor opens the door for light rail, or any number of transportation modes. WHY? What is planned for the Seligman area that she feels a 6 lane “Corrodor” is required. Please! DO NOT VOTE FOR HER AGAIN. We've been told she is confident that she will be re-elected!

Development on the southwestern corner of the ranch is also interesting. There was an unknown pipeline installed on a private ranch road there and the road is now maintained by the county!

We were also notified that Arizona Road is shut off on the south end by Campbell. What is that about?

High Country Realty has either totally changed their name or added a new one. They are advertising model homes on 10-40 acre parcels on the ranch off Bullock Road. Watch for their signs out on 89 on the weekends and at the cattle guard on Bullock.

For those of you that live in Ash Fork Proper, the Sanitation District is moving forward. The original cost has more than doubled so far and now they are planning to do just what they told all of the town they wouldn't be doing, placing leans on the properties. Then the monthly water bills will SOAR to way over what most can afford to pay for all this as well with the monthly sanitation fees.

We are being taxed, and regulated right off of our lands. WHY? What do the powers that be have planned for our lands.

It is more important than ever that you OWN your property. As most stand right now, you don't. You just rent it from ”The Powers That Be”
 

TAXES:
Carol Springer recently floated a 50,000,000 dollar loan to improve the current jails and build a juvanile facility. This loan that we never got to vote on is going to cost us roughly 78,000,000 dollars as tax payers to repay. How can this be done when the county does not even own the jail. It is independently owned and operated. Why are we paying for an independant “Business” to be improved? Which brings up the subject of the School in Ash Fork. It is an independant school as well. Yet we paid and are paying to have the new one built and maintained. I don't see the county paying the local independant business' here in town for improvments, etc out of tax payers money! WE THE PEOPLE pay and pay and do not receive the services we pay for!

BROKEN DREAMS:
 The Hill Side Texaco and RV Park has closed its doors. The owners said they were not making enough money to stay open and it is no wonder with the truckers stealing fuel out of the pumps and ground tanks over and over again. I watched them catch two truckers red handed one morning real early and DPS turned them loose saying there was not enough evidence to charge them.
Stone World, one of the few remaining rock business' in the area has brought to our attention that they are paying over 60,000 dollars a year in taxes. If this continues how long will they remain open here?
We have been told that Dunbar Stone has been told by the railroad that they have to leave their leased land. Another one down!
Several families have left their homes and properties because of over regulation by the counties.
Most of us moved here to get away from all that regulation. We want to live a peaceful life like our forefathers set this country up to give us. Greed has gotten in the way and we have become the slaves and the cash cow for the governments.

Even living “Green” is becoming impossible. Now the counties are requiring you to get your solar permitted, inspected and green tagged in order to apply for a rebate from APS. At least one person was told that EV Solar wouldn't come up to Ash Fork because of the counties requirments. Another one was told by a Solar installer that he dropped his license and bonding because of it.

People that have tried to build with “Green” recycled materials have been told by the county that they have to tear out the recycled material. They are not allowed to use it. WHY? WATER storage tanks are now being taxed per gallon of capacity filled or empty.

THE COUNTIES AND DEVELOPERS WANT OUR LAND!

today sent notification to both Hilary Clinton and Obama:have information pertaining to Mr. Mccain a constitutional and civil liberty matter that is happening in the same county where he lives  We have attempted to contact him on several occasions and he has chosen to ignore the issue, even though he claims to be a constitutionalist We thought that you might like a chance to respond to the violations of federal and state laws be broken. Private property being taken unlawfully, and constitutional rights being thrown out. We have more info that we can fax ,if you are interested thanks for your time.

we contacted Mr. McCains representative yesterday ,and had to explain to him what federal law was? He informed us that McCain is a US Senator not a state Senator?? Just to impress apon you the ignorance of this so called representative ,"Carlos Seirra"  he explained to me that McCains is a US Senator three times in our conversation. Even though the office where this so called representative works out of is located in Phx. apparently no one from the Senators staff has told this representative that McCain was put in office by the voters of the state of Arizonia

So lets see what happens..
